FS19 - Lintrac 90 Hover Edition V1.0

Hover tractor. A little futuristic fun to have on your farm.

So this is just for fun.  Not realistic, just creative. Wheels/hubs/tracks not visible, 'Hover Pods' in their place.  There is no collision on the pods themselves. Max speed has been increased.  Although, this is still a small tractor and can only do small tractor things. Engine and braking have been slightly adjusted.

The pods themselves do not move, but the tractor provides visual feedback anyway to which way you have your steering wheel turned.

The fans do not rotate... I tried this, but it causes many log issues and made the game unplayable.  So for now they don't rotate.
