FS19 - John Deere Liquid Tender V1.1

Added the big tires option.

I just wanted this for myself, so I edited a single tank anhydrous mod in combination with the old fs17 JD Liquid Tender mod, and came up with this.  Holds liquid fertilizer, and is designed to pull behind seeders and planters for extra liquid fert capacity.  Use it however you want. No credit wanted for the mod, and anyone is allowed to edit it and re-release it.
