NEW: Misc. mod editor: Air Compressor Sounds. Adds air compressor sounds to trucks and tractors. Adds a compressor sound to all tractors and trucks if they have a compressed air system according to the vehicle XML and sound XML.

NEW: Added author and mod version to ModDesc editor and merged "edit moddesc version" feature.

FIXED: Minor bug fixes and error trapping.
