What's New v2.2

NEW: You can now change the music and/or background of the game menu screen. Use your own music or use our music. Or remove all background music. Also includes theme music from FS17. Choose from 8 different pre-made backgrounds. More coming.

FIXED: Courseplay in Misc. Mod Editor wasn't saving hud size.
