FS19 - Cultivator Height Control V1.0.0.1

Added the ability to control the cultivator height when it's used of the vehicle.

Fixed change of input controls.

When you enter to the vehicle and the vehicle is used manually, you can change the height of the selected cultivator.
It was not added any changes to the autopilot.
This feature is added automatically, no installation required.
