FS19 - Chip Van and Tipper Placeable V1.0

WoodChip Van/trailer and Tipper combo.

1. The Chip Van has to be unloaded with the Tipper.
2. The Chip Van when unloading the tipper, the rear door has to be unlocked (Hit X, the folding action). While unlocked the door will swing freely allowing it to be unloaded with the tipper when the correct angle is reached.
3. The Tipper will only allow unloading from the Chip Van or other mods designed to unload automaticly with out having a prompt to start unloading.
4. Take the two zip files and copy them into your mods folder and enjoy.
