ETS2 - Volvo FH5 Improved Dashboard V1.0

Volvo FH5 Improved Dashboard mod for Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.54, created by KnightRider, AMYLECH.

This mod improved SCS Volvo FH5 dashboard:
added left/right blind spot indicators;
added speed limit on gps page;
added current speed value indicator on all pages;
added “mph” version for UK interiors;
added logo on home page;
added ETA on all pages;
added remaining fuel/abblue in tank percent on all pages;
reordered pages on dashboard;
changed background color on GPS page;
changed cruise control gauge;
fixed units of measurement for non-latin alphabet;
fixes and improvements.
