ETS2 - Transparent Default Sunvisors V1.0 (1.43.x)

This mod makes the default visors transparent, also fixes the position of the visor in MP4, and adds a larger visor to the large MAN Euro 6 cab.

Visors are redone only where it was necessary:

Mercedes MP4 (inc. UK)
Scania Streamline
Volvo FH 2012
