ETS2 - Trans Jawa Map V1.5 (1.37 - 1.38)

Map Trans Jawa Update v1.5.0 for ETS2 v1.37 to the latest v1.38.
Update 1.5.0 includes the addition of several cities, Cikampek, Palimanan Cirebon, Semarang, Bawen, Salatiga, Boyolali, Surakarta, Sragen.

These updated changes:
- Bug fixed for the missing texture model
- Update the addition of Palimanan paths.
- Update model
