Slovensko+ map for Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.57.

Mod is now split in two files, Def and Map. Def should be higher than Map and Map should be lower than Def,
The mod (Slovensko+ v4.3.zip) must be extracted to mod file.

This map reworks and refreshes the oldest parts of Slovakia. (almost all).
