Slovensko+ map for Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.57.

Compatibility for Euro Truck Simulator 2 v1.57,
Compatibility for ProMods v2.77,
Fixed bugs.

Update:
Fixed terrain gaps near Banska Bystrica (re-download to apply changes.) optional update.
Note: This version will NOT be compatible with Poland Rebuilding once it releases for 1.57 — I will release a separate version for PL Rebuilding Compatibility

Version 4.1:
– Removes extra unnecessary sectors to avoid conflicts with Project Cesko / Poland Rebuilding other adjacent maps

This map reworks and refreshes the oldest parts of Slovakia.
