ETS2 - Slovensko+ V4.1 Hotfix

Slovensko+ Hotfix mod for Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.56.

Version 4.1:
Removes extra unnecessary sectors to avoid conflicts with Project Cesko / Poland Rebuilding other adjacent maps.

This map reworks and refreshes the oldest parts of Slovakia.
