Scania V8 Open Pipe Sound SJ Concept V0.9

This mod adds the SJ Concept V8 open pipe sound with improved engine audio, exhaust brake effects, and refined RPM behavior for NG and 6 Series Scania engines in ETS2 1.57.

Added automatic exhaust brake engage sound when shifting for NG Scania
