Scania PGR Series V1.58

This mod adds the Scania P, G, and R Series to ETS2 versions 1.57-1.58 with updated materials, lights, and steering wheel compatibility.

Changelog:
Small adaption regarding the steering wheels was neccassary for 1.58. Please re-select steering wheel in the shop
Fixed mapping R2 deflector
Adjusted light grey grill materials
Remade plastic materials

The Scania PGR Series was built by Scania between 2004 and 2018 with major facelifts occuring in 2009 and 2013 and the addition of the G-Series in 2008.
