ETS2 - Russian Radio Stations HQ V3 (1.38.x)

Update from 08/07/2020:
The broadcast quality of all radio stations has been changed to HQ (320 kbps).
The names of Russian radio stations are now in Russian.
The genre "Autoradio" and "Road Radio" was changed to "Various" (like some of the original stations), which is more correct (before that it was "Other").

Features:
The file of the Steam version (1.38) was taken as a basis.
The standard radios remained intact.
Stream quality for all radio stations is 320 kbps (HQ).
The names of Russian radio stations are now in Russian.
There are about 300 radio stations in total.

Trace has been added. radio stations:
Radio Record.
"Europa Plus".
"Autoradio".
"Retro FM".
Radio Chanson.
"Road Radio".
