Update 2.46.3
Rebuilt section from Voronezh to Pavlovsk (M4).
The section from the M4 towards Borisoglebsk was rebuilt (the village of Anna was completely redesigned).

Fixed:
High-speed mode at the checkpoint Russia – Belarus (M1 highway).
Base in Kingisepp.
Optimized Grodno.
Bugs found by players have been fixed.
The archive with the map includes a connector for Promods_2.64
Since the Voronezh – Pavlovsk section was reworked, a fix must be used for correct communication with the Southern Region 12.0. (This is a sector that should lie in the JUR).
