ETS2 - Riga Metro Area Rebuild V1.2A (1.38.x)

This is a minor map for for ProMods 2.50 which changes/adds roads in and around Riga.

Version 1.2A Changelog:
- Updated for game version 1.38 and ProMods 2.50
- Fixed map sector overlap with Saaremaa

Version 1.1:
– Subtle bug fixes
– Small performance improvements for Jūrmala
– Added missing signage
