ETS2 - ProMods High Quality Extended Background Map V1.5 (1.42.x)

Changelog for version 1.5:
Compatibility with modded convoy (1.42).
Split colour_data.sui off from map_data.sii to allow for custom colour addons.
Removed unnecessary mipmaps to reduce mod size and loading times.
Lots of fixes and tweaks.

This version will not crash when zooming in on large map combos.

Load above all map mods.
