ETS2 - ProMods High Quality Extended Background Map (1.43.x)

Extended background Map for Promods, RusMap, Southern Region, RouEx, Great Steppe, Road to Asia, Red Sea Map, etc.

This version does not crash when increasing combos on large maps.
Put it above the mods-cards.

Tested on 1.43 with Promodj, Promodj Middle East, Rus Map, Southern Region, Great Steppe, Roux, RedSeaMap and Road to Asia.

Changes:
Map settings for ProMods 2.60.
Extended background is now the same as the standard size background.
Fixed missing city points in 1.43.
