New West Kalimantan Map V1.2

This mod adds the West Kalimantan map, updated to work exclusively with ETS2 version 1.58.

Hello everyone.
This map currently supports version 1.58 and there are no new updates. This file is for 1.58 only. The map will be updated until further notice on Facebook.
