ETS2 - My Version of the Skoda MPT V15

This mod adds the Skoda MPT to ETS2 version 1.57 and can be purchased from the mod dealer.

CHANGES V15:
Fixed and fully adapted to version 1.57. Everything works properly.
Removed deprecated items in glass.sui and glass uk.sui files.
