ETS2 - Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 Improved Dashboard V1.3

This mod improves Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 dashboard:
Based on “Mercedes-Benz New Actros Realistic Dashboard Computer” from Oscar;
Added low beam icon;
Added current speed value indicator;
Added on the “Range” page the remaining fuel/adblue in the tank as a percentage;
Added page with Actros logo;
Added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation etc.);
Added time until rest is needed indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled;
Added left blind spot indicator;
Added right blind spot indicator;
Fixes and improvements.
