ETS2 - Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 Improved Dashboard V1.2

This mod improves Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 dashboard:
– based on “Mercedes-Benz New Actros Realistic Dashboard Computer” from Oscar;
– added low beam icon;
– added current speed value indicator;
– added on the “Range” page the remaining fuel/adblue in the tank as a percentage;
– added page with Actros logo;
– added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation, etc.);
– added time until rest is needed indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled;
– added left blind spot indicator;
– added right blind spot indicator;
– fixes and improvements.
