Added two new countries, Vietnam and East Timor.
Added new cities: Con Dao, Vietnam and otherstemporarily undeveloped cities (covering East Timor, Malaysia and Thailand)
Changed street lights in Thailand
Street light shortening distance
Add dockyard in Singapore
Changed signs at some state junctions on some highways in Malaysia.
Changed road signs in Thailand
Port signs added at the airport
Changed some roads (reduced number of turns)
Development focus after that was in Thailand and Malaysia (adding cities and roads, companies)

– Songkhla province in the south of Thailand;
– West coast of the Malaysia and Singapore Peninsula;
