ETS2 - Maghreb Map Road to Africa Fix V0.3.5-1.0.2

Updated for Maghreb Map 0.3.5 and Road to Africa 1.0.2

Fixes crashes that happen when using MaghrebMap and RTAF together.

The load order is the following:
Maghreb Map Road to Africa Fix
MaghrebMap files
RTAF files
Currently this prevents AI traffic from spawning with a license plate in MaghrebMap’s part of Libya, but that issue must be fixed by RTAF/MaghrebMap devs.

This also includes all of the fixes present Maghreb Map Country Name Fix, so only use that mod without RTAF.
