ETS2 - Kirov Map V1.3

Changelog:
- update for 1.47;
- the whole card is moved under the substrate from SCS;
- for all TC, skins of trailers are added;
- Yaransk: the departure towards the city of Yoshkar-Ola was removed;
- Sovetsk: Added bypass and repair on the bridge;
- Kirov: the location was fixed on the exit from the garage, a bypass (southern bypass) was completed, Novovyatsky district appeared from a bypass to a turn to the Chepetsk;
- New City: Kirovo-Chepetsk;
- hidden roads;
- updated prices for stella of gas stations;
- Other corrections.
