ETS2 - Headlight Options (Led + Xenon) for New Light System (1.43.x)

Update: 
Updated to 1.43 (tested only for lack of error & warnings)

This mod . . .
- Adds choice of Halogen or LED/Xenon headlights for SCS trucks.
- Widens beam's angle for trucks' low beams.
- Lengthens range for trucks' high beams.
- Eliminates low-beam specular
- Reduces led and xenon intensities

Attention: 1.43 still WIP for several mod trucks
