Mod Adds:
Speed limit led light
New icons on the map
Changes the appearance of the road advisor
Changes colors on mapi
Hud bar at the bottom of the screen (HD)
The speed limiter has changed position
Corresponds to dx 11
Smaller size of the mirror on the F2 key
The mod is intended only for the base SCS + DLC map
(Fix for another map mod definitely shows up)
