Free Job Cancel V1.02

This mod removes the job cancellation penalty in ETS2 1.61.

In the vanilla game, abandoning an active delivery costs 12,000 EURO. With this mod enabled, that fee is set to 0 EURO - so you can cancel any accepted job from the Freight Market or Cargo Market without losing money.
