ETS2 - Fix Map RusMap V2.41 (1.41.x)

This is a temporary adaptation of the card Rusmap 2.41 for 1.41
So far, the author will not have a new version.
Checked on the assembly of Russian maps.
Installation: Replacing the original Map file.
All a pleasant game.
