ETS2 - Fix for RusMap V2.1.1 (1.37.x)

Fixed problems with the passage of payment points and customs crossings. The work of barriers is fixed.
Fixed bugs found.
Installation
Extract from the archive and put in the 'mod' folder. Replace files with the same name marked 'Fix'. Connect in the mod manager.
