ETS2 - Daniels Detours / Roadwork Detours

Included two different versions.One version will improve the existing detour accident scenes and theother will completely replace the existing detour scenes with roadworkdetour scenes.

Added more cones to the cone tapers.
Increased length of the cone tapers.
Removed the fire truck from being right behind some cone tapers.
Added highways vans with beacons and flashing arrows on top to the scenes.
