ETS2 - Custom Daf Skirt by Mdmodding, Fix by Not the Pope V2.0 (1.35.X)

First of thanks to MDmodding for letting me share my fixed version of his mod.

- skinable
- unlock at level 4
- works on all versions from 1.28 until 1.35

Work with Schumi and SCS daf, possibly with OHAHA too, but that's not tested.
