ETS2 - Better Raindrops V1.8.1

Changes:
– New texture
– Added physics for particles (update Snowflake addon)

– Add new texture and significantly increase the number of raindrops.
– Improved physical behavior of particles, now their spawn will be
more affected by truck position relative to rain inclination.
It makes a huge difference and vastly improves perception of weather! Just try it yourself!
– Reworked sound effects for wipers and rain
– New car splash trails
– Detailed description of config parameters in
\def\vehicle\interior_glass_config.sii in case you want to play around with the settings yourself
– Winter addon, replacing raindrops with snowflakes
– New audio settings for truck cabins, improving reverberation and sound insulation
