Better Flares V4.6.5

This mod adds a reworks vehicle flares and headlight visuals with expanded color options, AI traffic updates, and lighting tweaks for ETS2 1.58.

Traffic Addon now require Sound Fixes Pack, otherwise traffic won’t spawn
