ETS2 - Belarus Timezone Fix V2.49

Updated for RusMap 2.49

Little fix that includes “def/country/belarus.sii” file from RusMap. If loaded after any map that alters that same file (RusMap – ProMods RC) it will add back the correct timezone in Belarus.
