ETS2 - Bartoland Map

Bartoland map for Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.57.

Hello,
There are no new features (cities or terrains) on this map, but I wanted to update it for nostalgic old players, and especially for new players.
I tested it on 1.57 and found no bugs.
However, if you find any, please let me know by taking a screenshot showing the location (F10) and explaining the bug, and I will fix it as best I can.
