Disables collision damage, part wear, and all traffic fines in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (v1.58 - 1.60).

What is protected:
No collision damage, no driving wear
No damage or wear
No physical damage from accidents
Fines disabled

All traffic offence fines set to 0 EUR, including:
Car crash / collision fines
Speeding (camera and police)
Running red lights, wrong way, no headlights
Fatigue, hard shoulder, damaged vehicle usage
Weigh station / inspection / border violations
Nearby police fine multiplier disabled
