NFS Underground 2: Bayview map for BeamNG.Drive

Scaling old textures from the original game (about 30% already done)
Adding the remaining unadded parts of the city
Fixing roads for AI
Possible addition of racing events
Texture ripples are almost eliminated;
Added drift track with night support;
Fixed a bug with the disappearance of the airport and spawn points.
