ATS - Weather V3.1

300+ skybox all in 8k, size 21mb, clear sky, cloudy sky, fog, compatible with all map mods, no need to extract just put it in the mod folder.

update 3.1:
removes several cloudy skyboxes, and added new skyboxes,
now the sun hides behind the clouds, it’s not perfect,
the brightness of sunsets and dawns is improved,
new Addons, Weather_3.1_new lighting,
changes the game’s lighting ,
and makes the night darker. I added the 16k version
