ATS - Traffic Light V1.0

Traffic Light mod for American Truck Simulator, created by SCS, Schumi.

Mod increases the mode of traffic lights in 2 times. Also increased AI traffic refueling time, for cars from 15 to 30 seconds, for trucks from 30 to 45 seconds.
