Version 25.21:
Reworked fallback/default wiper sounds.
Completed rework of interior rain sound in heavy rain conditions.

Version 25.20:
1 new sound variant for the leaf blower.
Western gull (Larus occidentalis) sounds now limited to mostly being heard at daytime. [ATS edition]
Added wet tire sound during rain for livestock trailers hauled by pickup trucks in AI traffic. [ATS edition]
Added sound for rain hitting the roof on livestock trailers hauled by pickup trucks in AI traffic. [ATS edition]
