Realistic Weather System V2.3

This mod adds a realistic weather system with varied rain and thunder intensities, regional probabilities, and improved road physics for ATS 1.58.

Realistic Rain & Thunder intensities for skybox configuration.
Realistic slipperiness of roads.
Realistic wind speed.

Realistic simulation of different types of precipitation and thunderstorms:
light/moderate/heavy rain
light/heavy showers
light/moderate/severe thunderstorm

Important: This mod works with Rain mods but MUST be placed above them as High Priority (In the top in mod manager)

WARNING: This mod is NOT compatible with Graphics mods and Seasons Grimes mods.
