ATS - Physics Tweak

- 2 options - provides an imitation of tire clutch with a dry or slippery surface (reduced compared to SCS by default, so the choice and maintenance of the tire is more important);
- adds tire performance parameters from ETS2 to standard ATS tires;
- changes the form of the characteristics of the braking force (it is considered the most useful when the "imitation of the air brake" is enabled);
- increases the mass of the truck (regardless of the mass of the chassis). Cabin + driver = 1200 kg, wheel + tire = 127 kg.
