WORKS IN 1.44.X AND ABOVE

Updates, fixes by SMRS(Bananas) for 1.44+ includes:

- Fixed Cargo textures for Flatbed rigid chassis.
- Reworked with more correct file association (Cabins->Chassis->Cables).
- Added new engine sound.
- Tweaked reflections(glass, gauges).
- Cleared log(added missing files).
