update fix for 1.46 - FOR 1.46 BETA ONLY -
fixed several things the crew at GMC Logistics brought to my attention -
removed Billings custom garage and Cold Storage, I will re-build the cold storage and custom garage area, I never was happy with the cold storage anyway, I can do better -
if you have a truck or trailer at the garage or the cold storage I added in Billings in previous version, please re-locate to garage before leaving menu screen -
