ATS - Led DRL + Sequential Blinker for 49X

Just like the title says, this will add a DRL options for the Western Star 49X headlights. As well as sequential blinker lights. That includes the short wheel base chassis and the normal chassis.

What’s inside this mod?
A pair of headlights with LED DRL but standard blinker (available in all chassis)
A pair of headlights with LED DRL + sequential blinker (available in all chassis)

For mod load order, it’s okay to put anywhere. But if you have another 49X mod, it’s best to put this one above it to avoid any conflict.
