ATS - Intermittent Long MU Freight Trains (1.43.x)

With this mod, FREIGHT trains are often long (21-50 wagons). Some are mixed freight; some are unit. Many trains are Multiple-Unit (i.e., multiple locomotives), and most have FREDs.

complete CPR livery
completed adding FREDs to wagons
renamed loco files n=99, f=50 for ease of future editing.
