ATS - Increased Delivery Time V2.0 (1.40.x)

Version 2.0:
Now it has no effect on the deliveries of the workers (they do not take more time to make their deliveries)

Tested with: ATS  1.40

With this mod you get double available time (approx.) for deliveries.
This mod may be affected if you use another Economy Mod, don't use it!
