ATS - Heavy Truck and Trailer Add-on Mod V1.9 for Project 3XX (1.36.x)

Changelog:
• Added propane chassis for the 330 (Patrons only), and propane pup trailer.
• Added log, flatbed, and tanker chassis's for the EXHD (Patrons only)
• Changed the 32ft quad flatbed to 30ft to match typical real quad axle flatbed pups, you will want to sell yours and buy it again.
• Adjusted the quad flatbed dolly
• Added (rear) license plates to all chassis's.
• Added particle nodes to all chassis's for dust/mist from the tires.
• Added "Mutual Materials" skin (The 8 axle flatbed combo is based on their trucks)
• Added fenders for the 8x4 logger.
• Added a view of the log and flatbed cargoes from inside the cab out of the back window.
• Simplified a couple of the dolly and trailer "bodies" file-wise.
• Did a bunch of def file tidying up with defaults, suitable_for, and conflict_with type stuff.

This is an add-on to the HFG Project3XX, you must use Project3XX version 2.0 or later. Run this mod with a higher priority.
